The four OPTIgrind surface grinding machines from Optimum differ mainly in table size — from 450 to 800 mm working length. The OPTIgrind GT 22 has a 200 × 450 mm grinding table, a 200 × 500 mm magnetic table and a Ø200 mm wheel and costs €12,948. The largest, the GT 40, has a 406 × 813 mm table, a 400 × 800 mm magnetic table and a Ø350 mm wheel.
All run on 400 V and come with a digital readout, cooling, an electromagnetic table with a demagnetising module, a diamond dresser for dressing the wheel and work lighting.
How to choose? Take a machine whose magnetic table fits your largest workpiece with a small margin. The GT 25, GT 30 and GT 40 are on request — ask for a custom quote. More about grinding in the grinding machines.

What is the difference between the GT 22 and the GT 40?
The size: the GT 22 has a 200 × 500 mm magnetic table and a Ø200 mm wheel, the GT 40 — 400 × 800 mm and a Ø350 mm wheel.
