Payment Methods

This section describes the payment methods available when ordering products from the Promash website.

1. General terms

Payment for the ordered products can be made by one of the following methods, chosen by the customer when finalising the order.

All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT; the amount in leva is shown for comparison at the fixed rate of €1 = BGN 1.95583.

2. Payment methods

Bank transfer

You can pay by bank transfer to the account of Promash BG EOOD.

With this method:

• payment is made in advance;
• use the order number as the payment reference;
• order processing begins after the transfer is received.

Promash is not liable for delays caused by banking institutions.

Cash on delivery

If you choose this method, payment is made upon receipt of the goods.

Payment can be made:

• in cash;
• or by card, if the courier offers this option.

The customer pays the full value of the order, including the delivery costs.

Instalment purchase with tbi bank

You have the option to purchase products in instalments through tbi bank.

The procedure includes:

• online credit application;
• approval by the financial institution;
• signing a credit agreement.

The financing terms (interest, terms, instalments) are determined entirely by tbi bank.

Promash does not take part in the approval process and is not liable for the decisions of the credit institution.

The goods are delivered after the financing is confirmed.

3. Payment security

Promash takes all necessary measures to protect data when payments are made.

For payments through external providers (banks, financial institutions), security is ensured by the respective party.

4. Payment confirmation

After the payment has been completed successfully, the customer receives confirmation by:

• email;
• or a phone call from a member of our staff.

5. Payment problems

If a problem occurs with a payment, please contact our team for assistance.

6. Changes

Promash reserves the right to change these payment terms at any time.

Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the site.
