Sheet metal working machines from Promash
Sheet metal working machines cut, bend, roll and shape sheet metal and profiles. If you want to do sheet metal work in your own shop — from cutting the sheet to the finished part — the machines for it are here. At Promash there are 358 sheet metal working machines from Metallkraft, Optimum and Unicraft and 755 accessories for them.
What sheet metal working machines are there?
Sheet metal working goes through several operations, and each has its own machine: a guillotine shear for cutting to size, a press brake for angle bending, a rolling machine for rolling, machines for bending tubes and profiles, and presses for pressing and straightening. Most come in manual and motorised models.
Metal guillotine shears
54 models — from sheet metal shears for €178.80 to motorised guillotine shears that cut 4 mm and over 3 m of width.
Press brakes
Metallkraft apron press brakes — manual from €270 for sheet up to 1 mm and motorised up to 3 mm.
Sheet metal rolling machines
41 manual and electromechanical 3-roll machines and bead bending machines, working width from 305 to 2,050 mm.
Tube and profile bending machines
Manual benders, the HRB 10 hydraulic tube bender up to 2″ and the PRM profile bending machines, which roll tubes and profiles into an arc — for railings, arches and canopies.
Presses
Unicraft hydraulic presses from 10 to 50 tonnes and Optimum manual arbor presses — for bearings, bushings, straightening and pressing.
Machines for shaping corners and edges
SSG stretching and shrinking machines, the WB 100 angle bender and a hydraulic punch-shear.
How to choose sheet metal working machines?
Start with the sheet: what is the greatest thickness and the greatest width you process. These two dimensions determine the guillotine shear, the press brake and the rolling machine. Then decide manual or motorised — depending on how many parts you make per day and how thick the material is.
- Thin sheet up to 1 mm, sheet metal work: a manual guillotine shear, a manual press brake and a manual rolling machine.
- Sheet 2–4 mm and production runs: a motorised guillotine shear, a motorised press brake and an electromechanical 400 V rolling machine.
- Tubes and profiles: a tube bender for elbows, a profile bending machine for arcs.
- Repair and assembly: a hydraulic press with a suitable tonnage.
- Space in the shop: motorised guillotine shears and press brakes weigh hundreds of kilograms and need a stable floor and space for the sheet at the front and back.
What are sheet metal working machines used for?
Sheet metal working machines are used in the production of ventilation and air conditioning, roofs, façades and gutters, metal boxes, cabinets and panels, in the production of railings, fences and structures, in car repair shops and machine repair. Wherever sheet metal is turned into a finished part, there is at least one guillotine shear and one press brake.
A good shop layout follows the path of the sheet: guillotine shear — press brake — rolling machine, with a press and a bender nearby, so that the workpiece does not have to go back. Rollers, segments, blades and stops for all of them are in the sheet metal working accessories.

Why Promash?

Frequently asked questions
Do you offer sheet metal working services?
No, we sell the machines with which you can do sheet metal work yourself — guillotine shears, press brakes, rolling machines and presses — and we service them after purchase.
Which machine do I need first?
For most shops the first machine is the guillotine shear for cutting to size, and the second is a press brake. If you work with tubes, add a bender.
Do you have machines for 230 V?
Manual guillotine shears, press brakes, rolling machines and presses do not need electricity. Motorised sheet metal working machines are for 400 V.
Can I see the machines?
Our showroom is in Plovdiv, 47 Kuklensko Shose Blvd, Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00. Call +359 882 477 388 before visiting.
How are delivery and payment handled?
By Pigeon Express to an address or office; the delivery price is shown at checkout and paid to the courier on receipt. For heavy machines over 400 kg, delivery is by arrangement. Payment by bank transfer, cash on delivery, tbi bank or UniCredit.
