Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Promash website. By accessing the site and placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Trader details

Promash BG EOOD is a commercial company registered under the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.

The company offers the sale of machines, tools and equipment through an online store.

2. Subject matter

These Terms and Conditions govern the relations between Promash and the users of the website relating to the use of the platform and the sale and purchase of goods.

3. Registration and orders

The user can place an order with or without registration.

When placing an order, the user undertakes to provide correct and up-to-date data.

Promash reserves the right to refuse an order in the case of:

• invalid or incomplete data;
• lack of availability;
• suspected abuse.

4. Prices

All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT; the amount in leva is shown for comparison at the fixed rate of €1 = BGN 1.95583.

Promash reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

There may be discrepancies between stock levels and the information on the site for technical reasons.

5. Payment methods

The user can pay for the order by:

Bank transfer

Payment is made in advance by bank transfer. The order is processed after the amount has been received.

Cash on delivery

Payment is made upon receipt of the goods.

Instalment purchase with tbi bank

The user can apply for financing through tbi bank. The credit terms are determined by the financial institution.

Promash is not liable for the decisions of the credit institution.

6. Delivery

Delivery is with Pigeon Express to an address or office. The delivery price is shown at checkout and is paid by the recipient to the courier on receipt. Shipments over 400 kg are delivered by arrangement.

Products in stock are delivered on the same or the next working day.

For products that are not in stock, the delivery time is 7 working days, unless otherwise specified by a member of our staff.

Delays are possible in extraordinary circumstances.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Return conditions:

• the product must be unused;
• in its original packaging;
• with all documents and accessories;
• without damage or signs of use.

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.

The amount is refunded by bank transfer within 14 days after the returned product is accepted.

8. Warranty

Promash provides a warranty in accordance with the manufacturer's terms.

The warranty does not cover:

• improper use;
• mechanical damage;
• repairs by unauthorised persons;
• normal wear and tear.

9. Liability

Promash is not liable for:

• temporary unavailability of the site;
• technical problems;
• force majeure;
• damage caused by improper use of the products.

10. Personal data protection

Promash processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

11. Intellectual property

All materials on the site (texts, images, design) are the property of Promash and may not be used without permission.

12. Changes

Promash reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the site.

13. Applicable law

For all matters not covered, the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria applies.
