The OPTImill F 150E CNC milling machine is a highly efficient solution for precise machining and small-batch production, combining reliability, automation and modern CNC control. This CNC milling machine provides high productivity and excellent accuracy when machining metal workpieces.

The model is equipped with a carousel tool changer with 16 tool positions, which allows fast, automated tool changes and increases working efficiency. All linear guides are protected by stainless steel covers, and the automatic centralised lubrication system guarantees a long service life and minimum maintenance. The Siemens main spindle motor and the servo drives in all axes (closed loop) provide stability and precision in every operation.

The machine has a chip conveyor belt and a chip trolley for efficient chip removal, and a powerful coolant system with a 190 litre tank. The maximum spindle speed is 10 000 rpm, which allows a wide range of materials to be machined. Additional convenience is provided by the machine lighting and the portable electronic handwheel with emergency stop, which makes setting up and operation considerably easier.

The solid milling table with a precisely machined surface guarantees stability at work, and the wide access doors reduce the time needed for cleaning and servicing. The included software package SINUMERIK 808D on PC allows workpieces to be programmed and simulated offline, which makes the machine particularly suitable for production companies, toolrooms and companies looking for a reliable, highly efficient CNC solution.
