Features

  • Absolute Low maintenance drive with maximum energy efficiency through direct-coupled coaxial screw compressors
  • Standard EasyTronic IV control prevents engine overload, reduces wear and ensures a longer service life
  • High cooling effect and lower noise level due to thermostatically controlled centrifugal fan
  • Longer life of the device and lower fluctuations of the oil temperature thanks to thermostatically controlled fan, optimal cooling air flow and generously dimensioned heat exchanger
  • Less effort for drying and filtration of the compressed air generated by integrated aftercooler
  • Secured maintenance intervals by recording the load and follow-up times via operating hours counter
  • Display of the maintenance requirement via automatic message
  • Avoidance of damage during commissioning or after relocation due to integrated direction of rotation control for the motor
  • Service-friendly due to optimal accessibility and easy assembly / disassembly of all serviceable components
  • Easy transport and setup due to small outer dimensions
  • Monitoring of engine and compressor speed by SpeedTronic Control
  • With frequency control (SpeedTronic Control) for use in continuous operation and at 100% utilization

Your advantages

  • Active energy saving
  • Ideal for frequently changing compressed air consumption
  • The variable speed compressor achieves maximum efficiency and keeps the network pressure constant, even when consumption fluctuates widely

Based on the frequency converter technology, the delivery volume of the compressor adapts to the actual consumption. The electronic control monitors the engine and compressor speed and keeps the network pressure constant. The user receives advanced advanced technology in a small space.
