  • Front band guide moves automatically parallel to the movable vice jaw chip clearing brush driven via belt roller
  • Emulsion cooling with liquid distribution into the saw blade guides and directly into the cutting channel

With BRP (cutting feed control) -> if a set ampere limit is exceeded, the feed movement is stopped while the saw blade continues to run in order to convey chips out of the cutting channel. Once the normal load is reached, the sawing process continues
