Technical data
Operation	Safe segregation of condensate, oil aersol, and particles
Range of Application	For tough requirements, e.g. for use in front of membrane and adsorption dryers
Particle size	0.01 µm
Residual oil aerosol content	0.005 mg/m³
Comment on residual content	at 20°C and 1 bar
Differential pressure (dry)	0.06 bar
Purity class of compressed air in accordance with ISO 8573-1	1. – .2
Comment on purity class	Since coalescing filters cannot retain any oil vapours, an activated carbon adsorber is required to attain class 1.-.1.

Features

Flow-optimized air supply for up to 75% less resistance
Assembly of the filter elements without cross-sectional narrowing and disturbing tie rods, thus reduced flow resistance and easy element change even in confined spaces
Cavity volume of the borosilicate filter material of 96% ensures the lowest pressure loss
100% control when opening the filter housing by a secure locking mechanism, when opened under pressure a warning signal sounds
With thermally highly resistant (up to 120 ° C), mechanically highly resistant, chemically resistant and silicone-free needle felt drainage layer (in contrast to foam material of other filter makes)
Stable construction of the filter element - it is not possible to inflate or rupture the drainage layer, thereby ensuring the constant use of the entire filter surface
An innovative concept, convincing in detail

for the separation of oil vapors, odors and flavorings via adsorption and in the second stage of solid particles
Residual content of oil vapor up to 0.003 mg / m³ at 20 ° C and 1 bar absolute compressed air quality according to ISO 8573-1
For compressed air of the highest quality, eg, for breathing air, in analytical technology or semi-luxury bottling
Pure compressed air in connection with upstream ultrafine filter
With filter element and manual drain

CLEARPOINT® filter housing made of water-resistant aluminum and additionally anodised on the inside, therefore increased operational safety and reduced flow resistance due to permanently smooth inner surfaces
