Welding tables

The welding table is the basis of accurate welding: the workpiece lies on a flat steel surface, is clamped and does not distort. Types of welding tables

The category has four types: modular welding tables, rotary tables (positioners), a roller module for tubes and round workpieces and tables for cleaning welded parts with dust extraction.

MAT modular welding tables

MAT 300 S has a 1200 × 800 mm top, a load capacity of 300 kg and a height of 850 mm — for €1,823. MAT 500 S carries 500 kg and is adjustable from 875 to 940 mm. MAT 300 SH rises from 460 to 1060 mm — you work seated or standing.

SDT rotary welding tables

SDT 350 WM and SDT 500 WE turn the workpiece at 0.5 rpm so that you weld a circular seam evenly. The SDT 500 WE carries 500 kg horizontally and 250 kg vertically.

SR POWER 1200 M+F roller module

It turns tubes and round workpieces with a diameter of 20 to 800 mm and a weight of up to 1200 kg, at a speed of 80–1600 mm/min.

Cleaning tables

The tables for cleaning welded parts have a working surface from 1010 to 2000 mm long and extraction from 1500 to 3000 m³/h — the dust from grinding goes into the filter, not into the air.

How to choose a welding table?

Choose according to the size and weight of the workpieces and the type of seams. Flat structures and frames — a MAT modular table. Circular seams on flanges and vessels — a rotary table. Tubes — a roller module. Grinding after welding — a cleaning table.

• Load capacity. 300 or 500 kg for the MAT, up to 500 kg for the SDT, up to 1200 kg for the SR POWER.
• Top size. 1200 × 800 mm for the MAT, up to 2000 × 760 mm for the cleaning tables.
• Height. Adjustable on the MAT 500 S (875–940 mm) and MAT 300 SH (460–1060 mm).
• Extraction. The cleaning tables extract 1500–1800 or 2000–3000 m³/h.

What is a welding table used for?

The welding table is used for the accurate assembly of frames, structures, railings, gates and parts that must come out to size. On it the parts are positioned with magnets and clamps and welded without moving.

Rotary tables and roller modules are used for series welding of flanges, vessels, tubes and shafts. Cleaning tables are for shops where a lot of grinding is done after welding. You will find positioning magnets in the Magnets category.
