Compressed air filters and water separators from Promash

Compressed air filters stop water, oil and dust before they reach the tool, the spray gun or the machine. The category has 89 Aircraft products priced from €27 to €798 incl. VAT: the filters themselves, their replacement filter elements and the mounting kits.

The filters are arranged by degree of purification: AFF pre-filter / fine filter, ASF ultra-fine filter, ANF nanofilter and AAF activated carbon filter — each in sizes from 0060 to 0510. The CLEARPOINT 3eco series comes in sizes S040, S050, S055, S075 and M010. The ACKL cyclone separators and the water separators remove liquid water at the start of the line.

Every filter has a replacement filter element with the same designation. The PD 16 indicator and the MDM 60 differential pressure gauges show when the element is due for replacement. The collected water is drained with a condensate drain, and for dry air a dryer is fitted after the filters.
