Lubrication - sealing

When silicone and grease are applied all day, a manual gun tires the hand. A pneumatic gun squeezes the material out evenly using air from the compressor. The category has 7 Aircraft models with prices from €45 to €342 incl. VAT.

• Silicone guns — KP and KP R work at 1.5–2.5 bar with 50–60 l/min. KP PRO and SP PRO are for 8 bar, with a consumption of 100 l/min.
• Grease guns — FPS PRO and FPS PRO D work at 2–8 bar with a pressure ratio of 1:40, so they deliver grease at high pressure to the grease nipple.

Grease guns are for car repair shops, agricultural and construction machinery, where there are many lubrication points. Silicone guns are for window and door joinery, glazing, installation and sealing. You will find a spare quick release valve for the FPS PRO in the spare parts.
