The five RBM E 3-roll machines have a cast iron construction, an asymmetric roller system and an upper roller that opens outwards so that you can remove the finished workpiece. The RBM 1305-15 E bends 1.5 mm at 1,270 mm, the RBM 1050-30 E — 3 mm at 1,050 mm, the RBM 1270-25 E — 2.5 mm, the RBM 1550-20 E — 2 mm at 1,550 mm, and the RBM 2050-15 E — 1.5 mm at 2,050 mm. The power is from 0.75 to 1.5 kW, 400 V. The sixth machine is the motorised SBM 140-12 E bead bending machine for ribs and edges up to 1.2 mm.
