Heavy load moving equipment from Promash

When a machine weighing 3 or 6 tonnes has to be moved a few metres, a forklift often cannot get in and a crane does not reach. That is when transport rollers are used: you raise the machine with a roller lever, slide the rollers underneath and push it. The category has 24 Unicraft products with prices from €93 to €1,679 incl. VAT.

  • Transport rollers — TR3 for 3 t, VTR6 for 6 t and VTR12 for 12 t, with 85 × 90 mm rollers.
  • Steerable chassis — TF 3 and TF 6 for 3 and 6 t. They are placed at the front so you can guide the load.
  • Roller levers — HS 1.5 and HS 5 with a length of 2000 mm lift the edge of the machine so that you can slide the rollers underneath.
  • For cars — PRW 450 rollers (900 kg per pair) and the PV 681 trolley (680 kg) for moving a car in the workshop.
  • Small chassis — UF 300 for 300 kg and ETR 4/150 with a height of only 15 mm from the floor.

Before you choose, add up the weight of the machine and divide it by the number of rollers you will place underneath — each one must carry its share with a margin.
