Manual presses from Promash

The manual press delivers force without electricity — with a lever, a rack or a hand hydraulic pump. Here are 41 models with prices from €141.60 to €24,900: the four Optimum DDP arbor presses and the Unicraft WPP 15 TH TOP hydraulic (15 t).

The arbor presses have a grey cast iron body and a base that can be set in four positions. They are used for driving in and removing bearings, mandrels, bushings, spindles and pins. The DDP 30, for example, takes a workpiece up to 310 mm high and has a 600 mm arm. The DDP 10 is the smallest — €141.60, and the DDP 50 the largest, for €1,326.

How to choose? By the height of the workpiece and the force: for small bushings and pins the DDP 10 or DDP 20 is enough. For larger bearings and 15 tonnes take the WPP 15 TH TOP or look at the hydraulic presses.
