Gluing presses

The gluing press presses the glued slats of a top, a stair tread or a panel evenly along the whole length until the glue sets. This way the top comes out flat, without steps between the slats. The category has two Holzkraft hydraulic presses.

• VP 3000×4 — working area 2900 × 1460 mm, four vertical press units, force up to 2000 kg, piston stroke 70 mm. €2,003.
• VP 3000×6 RP — with frame pressing: 4 horizontal and 4 vertical units, working area 2500 × 1550 mm, force up to 2500 kg, stroke 95 mm. €3,899.

The press replaces dozens of clamps and saves space and time in series gluing. It is suitable for manufacturers of furniture, stairs and solid wood tops. Before gluing, the slats are prepared on a planer-thicknesser.
