Lifting equipment from Promash

Lifting equipment saves your back and your time: a load that two people lift with difficulty is lifted by a hoist at the press of a button. This category contains all Unicraft lifting equipment at Promash — electric and manual hoists, hoist trolleys, winches, clamps, lifting magnets, scissor lift platforms, crane scales and gantry cranes. In total 112 products with prices from €52 to €4,362 incl. VAT.

Types of lifting equipment

Lifting equipment is divided into those that lift (hoists and winches), those that carry the hoist (trolleys, clamps, gantry cranes) and those that grip the load (lifting magnets and lifting clamps). Scissor lift platforms, which lift the load from below, are separate.

Hoists

EKZT electric hoists are for 0.5 to 3 t on 400 V, with prices from €575. Manual chain hoists lift from 1 to 10 t without power and start from €91.

Trolleys, clamps and cranes

Electric and manual trolleys move the hoist along an I-beam. Beam clamps provide a suspension point on the beam without welding. The mobile PK 1 and PK 2 gantry cranes replace the beam where there is none.

Winches

Winches are manual with a ratchet up to 3 t and electric on 230 V or 12 V. The small 230 V electric models are the solution when you are looking for a home or mini hoist.

Gripping the load

PLM lifting magnets grip steel sheets from 100 kg to 2 t without power. HKS lifting clamps grip sheets and plates up to 50 mm thick.

Scissor lift platforms

Scissor lift platforms raise the load to working height — from a mobile trolley for 500 kg to an electro-hydraulic platform for 3 t.

How to choose lifting equipment?

Start with the load: how much it weighs, how it is gripped and how often you lift it. Then look at where you will lift it — is there a beam, is there 230 or 400 V power, how high is the ceiling. The answers almost choose the equipment for you.

  • Rarely and without power — a manual chain hoist or a ratchet winch.
  • Often and heavy, 400 V available — an electric hoist, optionally with an electric trolley.
  • 230 V only, up to 500 kg — an MES 250-2 or ESW 500 electric winch.
  • No beam — a gantry crane with a hoist.
  • Sheet material — a lifting magnet or a lifting clamp on the hoist hook.
  • The load must be at working height — a scissor lift platform.

For all equipment, choose a load capacity with a margin above the heaviest load. And check that the clamp, trolley and hoist are for the same load capacity — a chain is only as strong as its weakest link.

Electric hoist Unicraft EKZT 10-1 — Unicraft
Unicraft EKZT 10-1 — electric hoist for 1 t, 400 V, lifting height 6 m.

Where is lifting equipment used?

Lifting equipment is used wherever loads are heavier than what one person can lift safely: workshops, shops, warehouses, car repair shops, construction sites. The right equipment shortens the work and reduces the risk of injury.

In metalworking, the hoist and the lifting magnet feed sheets and blanks to the machines. In a car repair shop, the manual hoist and the gantry crane remove engines. In the warehouse, the crane scale weighs the load while it is still hanging on the hook.

Frequently asked questions

Which is better — a hoist or a winch?

For frequent vertical lifting — a hoist. For pulling, tensioning and lifting on 230 V without three-phase power — a winch.

Do you have a 230 V electric hoist?

The EKZT electric hoists are 400 V. The MES 250-2 and ESW 500 electric winches are 230 V.

How much does lifting equipment cost?

From €52 for the TK 1 beam clamp to €4,362 for the HT 600 LAP scissor lift platform, incl. VAT.

Can I see the hoists in person?

The showroom is in Plovdiv, 47 Kuklensko Shose Blvd, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. Call +359 882 477 388 so we can check whether the model is on display.
