The electric hoist trolley turns a stationary chain hoist into a travelling one: the hoist is hung on the trolley, and the trolley runs along the lower flange of an I-beam. This way the load is lifted and moved along the length of the beam without anyone pushing it. This category has 7 Unicraft trolleys for 1, 2 and 3 t, with prices from €1,050 to €1,535 incl. VAT.
Trolleys are divided by load capacity and the number of travel speeds. All run on 400 V and are controlled from the pendant of the hoist to which they are connected — you do not need a second pendant.
The EFW 1-1 (1 t) and EFW 2-1 (2 t) travel at 13.5 m/min. They are suitable for short beams and clear, repeating movements.
The EFW 1-2, EFW 1003-2, EFW 2-2 and EFW 2003-2 have 6.7 and 20 m/min. The fast speed is for travelling empty and long distances, the slow one — for accurate stopping above a machine or a pallet. The EFW 3-2 is for 3 t and travels at 18 and 6 m/min.
If the beam is short and the load is light, you can do without a motor. See the manual hoist trolleys — from €57.
The trolley must match three things: the hoist (load capacity and series), the beam (profile and flange width) and the way you work (one or two speeds). Check them in this order and the choice becomes easy.

| Model | Load capacity | Speed | Flange | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| EFW 1-1 | 1 t | 13.5 m/min | 74–140 mm | €1,050 |
| EFW 1-2 | 1 t | 6.7 / 20 m/min | 74–140 mm | €1,134 |
| EFW 2-1 | 2 t | 13.5 m/min | 74–140 mm | €1,158 |
| EFW 2-2 | 2 t | 6.7 / 20 m/min | 74–140 mm | €1,314 |
| EFW 3-2 | 3 t | 18 / 6 m/min | 100–170 mm | €1,535 |
The hoist trolley is used where the load has to cover a distance: from the ramp to the machine, from the machine to the warehouse, along the whole length of the workshop. One person controls both the lifting and the travel from one pendant.
We see it most often in production halls, welding and metalwork shops, warehouses with a beam above the loading area. If you are looking for a "mobile electric hoist" — this is exactly the combination of an electric hoist plus an electric trolley.
From €1,050 for the EFW 1-1 (1 t) to €1,535 for the EFW 3-2 (3 t), incl. VAT.
No. Each trolley is for specific chain hoists — for example the EFW 1-2 is for the EKZT 5-2 and EKZT 10-2. Write to us with the hoist's model and we will tell you which trolley fits.
On an I-profile (IPE, IPB, IPBl, IPBv, I). The 1 and 2 t trolleys are for a 74–140 mm flange, the EFW 3-2 — for 100–170 mm.
No. The trolley is controlled from the pendant of the hoist to which it is connected.
