The worker stops bending over, and the workpiece sits exactly where it should. Types of scissor lift platforms

The catalogue has three groups: a mobile scissor trolley with a foot pump, HT lifting tables with a hydraulic unit and a foot lever, and platforms with an electric motor. The difference is in the load, the size of the tabletop and whether you lift with your foot or with a button.

Mobile scissor trolley

Unicraft FHT 500 carries 500 kg and lifts an 855 × 500 mm tabletop from 340 to 900 mm. It is raised with a pedal and lowered manually. The most affordable model — €599.

HT hydraulic lifting tables

HT 300 S, HT 300 M and HT 300 L carry 300 kg, HT 600 — 600 kg. They lift from 400 to 1010 mm and differ in the size of the tabletop: from 970 × 590 to 1900 × 740 mm. They have four swivel wheels, two of them with brakes. The LAP versions have a 2000 × 1000 mm tabletop made of beech plywood with holes at 100 mm spacing.

Electro-hydraulic platforms

SHT 1000 lifts 1 t from 190 to 1010 mm in 25 seconds with a 1.1 kW motor. SHB 3 is a low platform for 3 t on 400 V: it starts from 110 mm, has loading ramps and a mobile control pendant.

How to choose a scissor lift platform?

Choose according to three things: how much the load weighs, how large a tabletop you need, and from what height to what height you lift. If you lift many times a day, the motor saves effort and time.

• Load capacity: 300 kg (HT 300), 500 kg (FHT 500), 600 kg (HT 600), 1 t (SHT 1000), 3 t (SHB 3).
• Tabletop size: from 855 × 500 mm for the FHT 500 to 2000 × 1000 mm for the LAP versions.
• Working height: most models lift up to 1010 mm. If the load is placed from the floor, also look at the minimum height — 110 mm for the SHB 3, 190 mm for the SHT 1000.
• Drive: pedal or foot lever for the FHT and HT, electric motor for the SHT 1000 and SHB 3.

What is a scissor lift platform used for?

The scissor lift platform is for working at the right height: assembly, repair, feeding workpieces to a machine, loading. Instead of lifting heavy things with your back, you lift them with hydraulics and work standing upright.
